Shortly after graduating from Eastern Illinois University, Joseph founded IBC's parent company, Premier Financial Insurance, with the goal of making health insurance enrollment as easy and rewarding as possible. He has consistently been ranked among Humana and BlueCross BlueShield's top-producing Illinois agents since 2003, and is licensed in the states of Illinois, Indiana and Tennessee.
As a parent of five, Joe intently understands the struggles facing those looking to insure their families, as he specializes in family healthcare plans, insurance for single parents, new family coverage and many others. He's also one of the top-ranked providers of IL group plans, and a leading authority on the Affordable Care Act and Healthcare subsidies.
Jim Chesterfield, CPA / GBDS

Jim began working directly with individuals and groups in 2005 after 25 years of experience buying, implementing and managing employee benefit programs for companies in Central Indiana. As a CPA with strong financial, analytical and business skills, he believes that every individual should have access to affordable health insurance that meets thier unique needs. His goal is to help you find cost effective and creative health insurance solutions by offering a wide range of options.
Jim graduated from North Central High School in Indianapolis, received an A.B. in the Economics Honors Program at Indiana University, Bloomington campus, and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth Graduate School of Business with dual concentrations in Finance and Marketing. He has also earned the National Underwriters designation of Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS). He is an employee benefits insurance agent with years of actual, practical experience.
Amy K. Butler
Licensed Health Insurance Agent
Amy Butler is a licensed Illinois health insurance agent who specializes in Medicare, individual health and life insurance plans for families and individuals. Before making the transition to healthcare coverage, she enjoyed a successful 26-year career as an Options Broker for the Chicago Board of Options. Amy is extensively knowledgeable in all aspects of healthcare reform and the Affordable Care Act, and works hard to ensure that her clients are well-informed and confident in their decision when choosing a plan.
Originally hailing from Indiana, she has spent most of her adult years in the Chicago area and enjoys painting and restoring old furniture in her spare time. Amy's expertise and vast experience have proven to be an integral part of our agency's success, and she continues to be a true asset to our company and her clients.
Nancy Vukovich
Licensed Health Insurance Agent
Nancy comes to us from Marian University in Indianapolis, where she earned her Bachelor's degree, prior to receiving her Associates from Kankakee Community College. A dedicated athlete in every sense of the word, Nancy is an accomplished distance runner and actively competes in marathons throughout the country. She's also coached a number of sports at various levels, with Softball being one of her favorites.
As part of the family that makes us a true family business, Nancy has been with the company for many years now, bringing a wealth of experience, insight and unmatched dedication to every client she serves. She's licensed in Illinois and one of our most well-accomplished agents when it comes to new individual plans, family health insurance, employee benefits, and is an expert in all aspects of the Affordable Care Act and healthcare reform.
